Stainless steel hoses synonymous with hardness and safety

Use stainless steel hoses in your gas or water system to guarantee the reliability of your system over time

When household systems need reliable and resistant connections, the items most adapted to satisfying this requirement are stainless steel hoses. The technology which is now a solid part of their production guarantees reliability and resistance over time.
In AISI 316L solubilized material, this hose has parallel rings which allow it to have the necessary flexibility and ability to extend so as to enable the installer to follow routes that are not entirely regular.
The stainless steel hoses can be used in contact with gas or water and their resistance to corrosion guarantees the safety of the connection for a long period. Produced by welding the stainless steel hoses to fittings via TIG technology in a controlled atmosphere, they are then tested according to the requirements of the standard UNI CIG 9891. The test takes place in an immersion tank to guarantee the necessary resistance.
Depending on its intended use, the pipe can also be covered with a plastic sheath made from self-extinguishing and non-toxic polyolefin plastic which guarantees the protection of the hose from external agents. The colour yellow is used to identify use with gaseous fluids while white colours are also available indicating the use of water. Available in various sizes, the stainless steel hoses cannot however exceed that set out in the reference standard which is 2000 mm long at their maximum extension.
